Jeffs idea is a good start.  FIGS is 1245 Marking or those holes punched in tape.  LTRS of course is 12345 Marking.  

Second check the FIGS pawl to see if a spring has fallen off.  I will look up exact pawl tomorrow and get back to you.  Its on the left side of the pawls.  See pics of a 33.  More tomorrow.
