Does the printer and tape punch work perfectly when receiving from a computer? If it does then the problem is in the kybd or somewhere else.

If it makes mistakes when receiving from a computer then its the printer thats in trouble.

I'm not talking about an echo back from the computer when typing but a file being printed or the like.

Where is your printer rangefinder set? It should be on 60 or thereabouts.
