Dave and all GK's,
Attached is a pic of the vertical pawl to be removed to disable DE tripping of your AB. Its fairly easy to remove and can be put back quite easily as well. You do need the cover off. Remove the upper spring and the pawl will slip down and then slide out of the bracket slot towards the back and then out the front.
The pic is of a 33 but same pawl in a 32.
Its the next to the last pawl on the right side.
