I had this contact a while back and the reason I think it may be
a good one is that the response came from someone who has been in
the business long enough to know what a Teletype machine is.

I seem to recall folks on the Greenkeys mailing list looking for 1"
tape. Personally I made a score at a swap meet for 11/16" tape. Unless
it turns out to be too old, I am set there.
Pin feed, I've enough to get through the restore phase, but will be
contacting ya'all once I get it working.
I will mention that you do have the 1" tape and a good variety of pin
feed. May I mention you as a contact person?
