Yes thanks everyone. Nick helped me ID the part. Here is a good look at it. It’s the part above and below the “G”.

I sent an email to Paul, Mr. RTTY. If he doesn’t have it, Ken KD2GFM suggested just some gromets. I am not too worried about vibration isolation, but I just want the nut to tighten down enough so the TD base doesn’t move around

I thought I had seen something strictly on the TD base, but don't find it.  It may be covered with the ASR cabinet parts?

But I realized that the nuts could not tighten any further and there was still movement. I looked at the other screws and saw one had a rubber isolator and the other two did not. Surely this is my issue as the rubber takes up some of the space needed to tighten against the nuts.

 

Anyone have 2? Or is this a job for Mr. RTTY? I’d have to figure out the part number (these TTY part breakdowns give me a headache!).
