John, W9DDDYep there's a 2A 125V fuse that is definitely shot. I did rotate the motor (clockwise) and it seems to turn freely. John, W9DDDSounds like my M28 when I run the selector magnets with a loop signal but forget to turn on the AC power on the teletype. Maybe a fuse?
