Is your 32 a Telex?  Didnt see the video long enuf to notice.

You can use a regular fuse instead of slow blo.  Just a little heavier like maybe 2.5 amp to replace a 2 amp slow blo.  

Is it the motor fuse that is blown or one of the 3 under the gray insulator on the right side of the dial unit (assuming you have a Telex)?

All advice is good.  May be bad start relay, bad motor.  Some motors had no capacitor for start.  You can clean the start switch contacts in the black plastic case.  The switch maybe hanging up in Start position.  

Also the buzzing could be the large filter capacitor (1500 mfd) that is in the top of the dial unit and installed vertically upside down.  See pic.
