Hey thanks Wayne for the info and photos... I've cleaned the relay using a tiny file and reassembled. Right now  I am out of fuses for now and waiting for some replacements to arrive.  Will report back.

Attached is pic of 33 with "dog bone" motor and you can see it has no starting cap.  

Perhaps I was looking at another 32/33 you own when I saw the cast motor and you have the stamped frame motor.
