Your issues with HH are common to all HH users, you need to do the following to get HH working again.

 

We've had some network changes on our side.

Please re-provision your phone so it can acquire our new network settings.

Anything you manually added after you first provisioned your phone may be erased and you may have to manually add it again.

You may now go ahead and follow the steps in the Provisioning Document for your phone model to complete setup of your phone.

We now have an HTTP provisioning method. You can use the below HTTP script in your browser:

http://x.x.x.x/admin/resync?http://apps.hamshackhotline.com:2443/spacfg-$MA.cfg

(Where x.x.x.x is the IP address of your phone)

This is a recommended phone for Hamshack Hotline. Paid $25 for it in 2021. I Never had a problem with the phone also never used it. Then a few months ago my modem went funny, I don't know if Verizon updated it without my knowledge or what, but one morning all my Computers were off the internet. It took me a couple days to get the computers  straightened out but the phone could not find a DNS server. It took a couple weeks to get it working but then I got a "not authorized"  message.  Since then it has spent months looking for DNS.There is no easy way to contact Hamshack Hotline, so I am getting rid of the phone. If you have reliable internet service, my loss can be your gain.
