Picked up the pictured Teletype tape punch machine & haven't a use for it that I can think of. A fellow in NY would like to have it so I'm looking for suggestions on how to package the thing & ship it from CO to NY safely. The main part weighs ~25 lbs and the cover with type holder is ~10 lbs. I'm thinking to take the cover & copyholder apart & ship it separately. I think the hard part is how to package the main portion. WIll I need to have a wooden crate made?
