Has anyone else been able to successfully get through the registration process for the ebaman website to download the schematics?  I’ve tried at least four times and I never get an error message or actual indication of registration… it just brings me back to the page to create the logon.  Clearly I must be doing something wrong….

Hi group.

Regarding the Teleprint version, there is two sets of schematics on my site ebaman.com.

One original Schematic from Teleprint, and my reverse engineered schematic for the model 33ASR I hav myself.

Now my 33ASR differs quite a lot from both the original Teletype schematics and the Teleprint one, since it as a remote ON function, two more switches and the rotary switch only have two positions, Local and Line.

The remote ON takes an handshake signal from the sender and then starts up the motor, the motor has a delayed of function so it runs a couple of minutes after the last character is received.

To wake it up, for sending, one have to press a switch, and the motor runs for a couple of minutes. There is also an Manual/Auto switch that turns it always on or in automatic mode.

The Teleprint schematic ASR3321 Schematic (ebaman.com)

My reverse engineered schematic Teletype Teleprint M33ASR-Schema (ebaman.com)

You have to register to download (or upload).

With best regards

That's the classical "European" version, mostly used at CNC tool machines back in the days.

They were imported by a German company called Teleprint.

They are fitted with own made interface boards which are different from the original Teleype ones.

A BARTG colleague, G4EAN, has posed the following question:

"Have you come across the Teletype 33TCD? We have one on the BARTG For
Sale/Wanted page.

I found the 33TWX on your site so am hoping that, yes, you do know the
33 TCD."

The only Model 33 info I have is this leaflet from WU;

<http://www.samhallas.co.uk/repository/telegraph/teletype_33_specs.pdf>

Can anyone advise on the features of the TCD?
