I hope you have had an answer before now. But I was just staring at your picture.

All your felts look awfully dry. Anywhere there is a felt, it is a critical oiling point. Felts should be saturated with oil not quite to the point of dripping. That MAY be all you need to solve your problem. I have seen Greenkeyers suggest 10W non-detergent oil.

I am lucky enough to have real Teletype oil, which is what I use.
