Well, the 33 page includes the TWX version or dial unit as well as Private Line (usually computer or some version of that with a UCC-6 electronics).  Teletype was a subsidiary of Bell Telephone and they owned the TWX network.

The 32 page only lists Private Line of which I have only seen a few.  They used a UCC-5 in the electronics.  Most 32's were Telex versions and I believe Western Union put the dial unit in them after purchase from Teletype.  Not sure of this tho.  Don House would know if he decides to chime in.

TWX and Telex were competing networks until about 1970 or so when Bell sold the TWX system to Western Union.
