Does anyone have any idea what tones Jordan Spencer Cunningham  is using?

He says to use the same setup as you would for ITTY but neither my Heathkit HD 3030 nor my Flesher TU-170 will accept his tones and by ear it is obvious that they are not 2125/2295.
