I found in my drawer a small (used) teletype cloth parts bag which has 3 wood screws in it - I think it came from a model 19 kit with the wooden table.  It has the Teletype Banner logo and a "1460 Wrightwood Avenue" address - never heard of that one...

Before I dispose of it, does anyone want it?
