Set the bit switches to continuously transmit some desired character. Or it can produce continuous MSMSMSMS…..
Useful for testing.

On the recent Teletype rescue that I went on, just got a call that they found one more piece.  A Teletype WD-1954-H.  I’ll pick it up later in the week (haven’t seen it yet) and so far I’ve only found one diagram on it (diagram only) — it’s a Portable repeat character and dot transmitter.  What is this???
