An A-P 15 RO I scored recently had 67 speed gears in it, My guess would be that is what they changed to. I had a hassle getting tit back to 60 speed. 60 speed gears for a 15 are hard to come by. Thank you Jim Cooper for the pinions, and Paul Cembura had the gears.

I just redid the port forwarding on my modem on the hunch that the modem was mad that I put the old address on a different computer. That is the only thing I could guess to do and it is the one thing I cannot check from this side of modem.
