Can always use these sex bolts https://www.mcmaster.com/sex-bolts/steel-binding-barrels-and-screws-8/ and either oversize washers or hardboard to reinforce the outside. Have many manuals for cars that I have done this way .

Investigating further I see that the problem may not be as bad as I thought.The early Bulletins are 4-hole only, but the later ones have 4-hole stiff gray cover sheets with 7-hole (3-hole plus 4-hole) interior pages. So I can just punch an extra 3 holes in the cover sheets and be all set.The conversion from 4-hole to 7-hole probably happened when the Bulletins became collections of 57x-xxx-xxx BSPs.
Whew! - I was looking at a stack of 40 or so unbound manuals and not wanting to 3-punch all those....

I'd like to put them in report covers of some sort.Does anyone have a source for 4-hole binders or report covers?Or 2-hole (7" spacing) that fit the Teletype pattern.
Otherwise I have to bind them with zip-ties or re-punch them with a standard 3-hole pattern (8.5" spacing)
