This is of great interest to me, and I thank you for posting this.  I'd love to learn more about how you are implementing your system, but I'm too swamped with other projects at the moment.  But I'm bookmarking all the info and hope to come back to it in September.  Thank you very much for documenting and sharing your work on this.

Next steps are:

Add code to determine what percentage of the time the CPU is executing the
code versus just looping.

Add code to drive a display as a tuning scope.

Add code for dynamic threshold control.

Add mark hold on loss of signal.

Implement loop current sampling (H11AA1)

Finish FSK generation (keying to LPF to DDS)

Add PTT control.
