I think I have to now agree with Alf!  On closer inspection of the photo I don’t see the recessed area that fits over the print hammer.

I dont think its a print hammer as they dont have a curved surface that fits over the metal of the hammer.
I think its a blind grommet that are used to block off holes in chassis and similar parts.
