Joe,
DA PAM 310-4 was preceded by FM 21-6. The latter pub was current from about 1940 to at least 1951. Judging from the MWO SiG 11-352-1 you didn’t find those because the equipment that they applied to had been declared obsolete before the edition of 310-4 you have was published. The equipment that 11-352 applied to was the TG-7 (Model 15) and TG-37. MWO SIG 11-352-1 is dated DEC 1951 and the title was “Replacement of ribbon reverse mechanism in Printer TG-7-A and Teletypewriters TG-7-B and TG-37-B.”. SIG 56 isn’t listed so the equipment was obsolete by the time that the copy of 21-6 I was looking in was published. SIG 60 you probably aren’t interested in as it was about an air conditioner in certain SCR-270 models.
All that I normally supply are hard copy printouts and those are not free. See whether or not you can come up with any of the several other editions of FM 21-6 or DA PAM 310-4.

I finally found the index for the MWO's that gives the header description.
For anyone that cares it is located in: Department of the Army Pamphlet 310-4.
A link to the book.
