The item labelled 14 Keyboard Perforator? appears to be a DPE perforator,
which is like a M19 keyboard with all the signal generation parts removed.
I think these were made in the mid 1950s; I'm assuming Teletype wanted to
quit making the GPE "iron horse" perforator and a ready substitute was
the Model 19 perforator which was still in manufacture at the time.
