So here is the top layer in the box.

The bracket is considerably different from the ones I've seen for the 15. Frankly I haven't figured out how that attaches to the 14.

Then the ink well is the drum shaped thing at the bottom. The top screws off to fill with ink, then there are several pin holes that allow the ink to seep out and saturate the felt. It snaps into the large hole in the bracket.
