Nice looking 32 ASR Telex.

Plug it into AC then spin the dial and hold it with a small pencil or the like and you can test that way.

It runs in open when powered up, and although pressing the Local button doesn't seem to do anything, if I turn the dialer clockwise the chattering stops and I can type locally without issue.
