What great stuff! I successfully copied Tom Turkey and the Dutch Windmill (see attached). Amazing to think someone created this by hand. The hours involved. Amazing. Glad it was preserved by someone.  I tried to look up OZ3UL who created this windmill in QRZ with no luck. I suspect he might be an SK.  I’m also glad that he signed the art with his call so we can all remember.

Thanks to Tom for creating these channels. I especially appreciate the 1960’s AP & UPI new channel. It is nice to have some content that isn’t so overtly politically biased like what is currently overwhelming the ITTY channel. Nice to have visitors to the shack and not have to worry about what prints out. Thank you, Tom.

Yesterday (Monday, March 7, 2022) I had several brief power

outages from wind that knocked me down. I have ordered two

more Uninterruptible Power Supplies To keep all my computers,

network switches and modem up the next time.

We occasionally have outages hours long. I need to run

outlets from my generator to all my UPS's. That will take

several days after the weather warms up. Then I hope the

UPS's keep the streams up for the 10 minutes or more

it takes me to drag out the generator and fire it up once

I realize it is an extended outage.

I just bought a new propane fueled generator too. I am

sick of all the work and expense of keeping the gasoline

in a generator from expiring. Propane does not expire.

These days it is cheaper than gasoline as well.
