It looks like the 101-C data set plug.  After I warm up a bit I will check what I have.

In the pic you are showing the male side.  I gather you are looking for the female side with a cord?

Looks like the cord .is meant to lock in place by plugging in and giving a slight twist.
The spacing of the plugs is about 5/8" and there is a center lug that looks to be about 1/8 dia.

If anyone has one for sale or knows where I can find one that would be great.

As you can see in the pics it is also missing the graticule. I was planning to make my own
