I wouldn't bother anybody with this notification except I'd like to know if anyone experiences any odd behavior going forward so I can resolve it. I don't expect service degradation and have not seen anything of the sort through my own testing, but you never can tell with bees: GreenKeys search has been migrated to a Dockerized instance, mainly so I can save $10/month over a VPS. Testing shows its index is already up to speed and keeping up with crawling new messages. It was a much cleaner and quicker transition than I expected.
For any GreenKeys greenies, you hopefully are already aware per the information appended to each GK message, but as the big search engines don't properly/fully index the GK archives, I've been running a
search engine that specifically crawls and indexes the GreenKeys message board only. It equips one to more easily find valuable information that would have otherwise been lost to time, especially from SKs whose knowledge is immortalized in these old threads.
