Sorry for sending it twice - I got a bounce the first time, so assumed that it didn't make it.

As an Australian, I have occasionally tried to get 'interesting' ex military items sent to me from the USA - Sadly, the re-shippers stepped in on each occasion and sent them back to the originators, as they were prohibited exports.  The paperwork requirements to get anything exported are frustrating, especially when the items are not as restricted as they once were.
