It has a BRPEB11 base and LMU6 motor but I do not know what the actual punch unit BRPExx model number is. But it looks like it is the adjustable 5-8 level punch with selector for 11/16” or 1” tape. You can see 3 switches to “omit” code levels 0/6/7 and also the pull tab to move the tape guide. 

Very flexible! Appears to be geared for 1100 wpm (110 chars/sec) which can certainly spit out the tape. 

I am semi-interested but am mostly hoping that my machinist buddies can create a new punch block so I’ll be able to convert my 6-level typesetting BRPE into 5-level. 

This eBay machine seems desirable for vintage computer people given the 8-level 1” capability. 

If one of you folks gets it, I’d appreciate photos of the punch block and adjustable tape guide selector mechanisms.
