Thank you for piecing together the LESU schematic.

I need to put a loop wire on it. Where are the loop connections  C3 and 1 physically located?

I do not have a motor control, but I am studying manual 216B trying to understand it anyway.

I am slowly starting to understand it. I now know what the 4 jacks and 4 pots do. I am trying to get the 2-position rotary switch clear in my head.
