You have a Western Union 9100 wiring cabinet. There is an A, B, or C version.

My WU KSR had parts missing. It took me a while to figure out what had changed. Among other things they had disconnected the internal 120 VDC power power supply.

Thanks for all the suggestions on slots 28 and 29. But I believe Jerry Murphy had it right - Motor Control.

The H key has "STOP" above the "H" But there is no BLANK key on the ASR Keyboard. As I said before, typing FIGS-BLANK-H on another machine caused the function pawl at 29 to operate the switch.
