Does anyone have a drawing showing the proper spacing for holes in 5-level (11/16") tape - distance from edge, distance between holes, hole diameter, etc.

Why? because I am trying to get a local machinists hobby group interested in making a 5-level punch block for a 6-level BRPE that I have...

Yes, I will measure things but it would be nice to see an official drawing.
