Eric,

You need a Line/Off/Local switch and the hardware that holds it in the pan.  

I can ship you one thats used with the wires cut so you can see how to attach your wiring and a pic of the hardware to help with that.  

Tell me how many wires you have and the colors.  Normally 3 as I recall.

Do you have the switch knob?

Have I already sent you a couple of vinyl hammers?

I need your address and phone would be nice.  Also tell me if you have ever sent me $.  I lose track of whose on the free parts list.  If not, the cost will be minimal or just shipping charges.
