It is the main clutch arm for the main shaft - one needs it when

a signal comes in that is a mark signal to stop the clutch from rotating

until the next space signal is received, otherwise that machine will just

sounds like it is running open and or print the last character received

continuously....better find it, install it, adjust it is my advice.. BUT
