Do you have an ST-6000?  I was wondering if you thought that the method I proposed to Bob might just help a Greenkeyer use the ST-6000 to copy ITTY and run the copy on the machine that is using the loop supply (15. 19. 28. or whatever) so the same "lashup" could serve both purposes?  I have NOT tried this, and I realize that serial connections are becoming obsolete to most and not even available on some computers now.

I use the ST-6000's and ST-8000's I have with an old DOS program by HAL, DSRTTY and the serial in/out connector for running  "glass RTTY" on the air.  I have no Teletypes currently, but do plan to put my old system back online this winter to be able to make some RTTY skeds on 20M hopefully.

I’m not sure I am following you, Bob. Why would you want MMTTY in the setup? Why not just use the ST-6000 directly to your radio? Are you saying you want both MMTTY and the model 15 working at the same time during a RTTY contact?

Hello All...
Now that my ribbon reversal problem is solved, I have questions on how to set up the Model 15 to operate with MMTTY through the HAL ST-6000. Please contact me if you are using this equipment configuration.
I am able to copy text from the MMTTY program using what the HAL manual refers to as the "low-tone set" with a mark frequency of 1275. Not sure if that will work on HAM frequencies. Still I haven't conquered sending to the MMTTY from the teletype.
Thanks in advance for your experienced help.
Bob...
