I think you want this model 14 unit (I think it is called a reperforator) and the transmitter.

Is that correct?

I'll be at my mother's to pick up the items this weekend so I can weigh them and get a shipping estimate for you.

I was hoping to not have to ship and sell locally, but that is not the case.
