Hi Pete, 

My modem died. And my backup (untested until yesterday) is also dead. I’m working on it right now. (PS: if anyone has clues or diagnostic procedures for an ST-8000A, let me know). The primary modem displays 8. The backup has no power. There are test points on the power board and they are all dead. 120V AC is coming out of the line filter. I’m trying to trace the wiring to see where it stops. 

Thanks for telling me! There are days where I wonder if anyone is using the 100 WPM channel.
