[GreenKeys] BRPE punch-block vs tape guide conflict

I've written up the problem I had with the NOS punch block I recently got off that auction site being a bit on the wide side and interfering with the tape guide.  In short, I ground (and filed) 1/16 inch off the guide I had and the re-mounted it with a spacer (and slightly longer screws).  The result seems to work for 8-bit tape, but I need to go through the 10 characters per inch adjustment procedure before I can be sure -- that procedure is complex and my punch is so far out of adjustment that the sprocket is unable to pull tape.
