[GreenKeys] Navy Model 40 equipment

[Nick England]

FWIW Dept.
Thanks to a new batch of photos of the USS Missouri's message processing
center, I think I have figured out the configurations of Model 40
equipment used in the message processing centers aboard USS Missouri and
USS Wisconsin. These two battleships were updated with M40 equipment
instead of the M28 equipment used aboard sister ships USS New Jersey and
USS Iowa.
