[GreenKeys] Looking for Alternative Method of Receiving Internet Broadcast of TTY Modem Tones

I've been working on an http client for my DSP TU wifi module (
https://w6iwi.org/rtty/DspTU3/ ). I keep getting distracted onto other
projects.
http://plaintext.w6iwi.org/rtty/audio/npr/audio/60wpm/latestt.php
has audio as a single PCM wav file with 8 bits per sample and 8 k samples
per second so there is no need to deal with MP3 decoding. It is also http
instead of https, so you don't have to deal with encryption.
Note that latestt is spelled with two t s at the end. If you do it with a
single t, an HTTP redirect is sent, which then sends the browser to the
latest file. latestt.php directly sends the latest audio with no redirect
making the http client simpler.
My DSP TU is using the PIC32MZ. I have not used the ESP32, but I find some
stuff on using it for this application at
https://share.google/aimode/0mgzuvHV82SFKFqn8 .
Good luck!
