[GreenKeys] ? Gearshift

I picked up this gearshift  in a bunch of Teletype stuff I bought from eBay.

I hope someone can tell what it is for. The speeds are 60, 67 and 100.

I know it is not for 28 reperf.  I have 3 of those and know what they look
like.
