[GreenKeys] Handset for teletype model 28

That was the goal, but I am new to this (I am a musician, this is the hobby
to keep me sane) I did see a video by Usagi Electric that a coupler was
used and the ITTY tones into a coupler to print on a model 15, unless I
missed something which is totally possible,
