[GreenKeys] ASR33 shipping prep

I built a crate and bolted the 33 to the bottom of the box. Added some
spray foam inside trash bags. Got to the opposite coast just fine, got
restored, sold, and shipped back to within 5 miles of me to its new owner,
in that same crate.
