[GreenKeys] RS232 to Loop

Al,

When I need too go from RS232 to 60 mils, I hang a polar relay
across the RS232 and plug the marking contact into a 60 mil Loop.
No fuss and it works every time.
I am doing that right now with a Hal CRI-200.
