[GreenKeys] RATT Net Today 8/29

I fired up the GRC-142 this morning to find some type of digital
interference that made copy nearly impossible.  K9WT was strong, Nick was 5
percent, sad day for rtty.  I did see where Pete said he saw my call sign
so that is something, called it at about 845 and shut down.
