[GreenKeys] M28 stuntbox configuration AKA ??

This AKA stuntbox on a 28BE typing unit has 4 switches, each
controlled by a two-character sequence.
Does anyone have the STUNT BOX RECORD sheet for AKA ?
.....or know what letters control the switches?
