[GreenKeys] Electrocom Industries 402DL Frequency Shift Converter

Hi Bill,

I have one and can try to answer any questions you have about it. I never
was able to find documentation for the 402DL but the documentation for the
402 is very close and most of the schematic is identical. On mine, I had to
replace a quad comparator and some other IC I can’t think of right now. The
alignment was also way off, but the 402 manual had enough hints to figure
it out on the 402DL.
