[GreenKeys] A teletype?

Teletypes are incredibly interesting and fun to work with. I have a M28
KSR wall mount, M28 standard KSR, and just got an Army Signal Corps
TT-4. Not quite on the air yet, but getting there slowly but surely.
You likely already know the M28 ASR is really (really) big.
Expect several hours of study to understand them - I have spent a great
deal of time with mine and still only have a shallow understanding of them.
As far a buying them, that isn't -straightforward- as such. I found the
M28KSR from facebook marketplace and I just got lucky I think. The
standard M28 I think was from a message here on Greenkeys. The TT-4
came from auction, but someone mentioned it here on Greenkeys. Do some
research on the type you might like and then just be on the lookout here
and on the usual 'classified ads' websites. There actually was an M28
ASR for sale a few months back, so they do pop up from time to time. Be
open to getting a model that isnt specifically the one you are after.
For example I really am after the military models, but the M28s have
really grown on me in the meantime. The M28s have the advantage of
fairly decent parts availability from Mr Rtty.
Here are some notes on my M28 project - Getting started with a teletype,
my consolidated notes on restoration – Stickelman.net
