City of Hutchinson-Reno County Civil Defense Emergency Operating Center 
located in the basement of the Reno County Courthouse.  Civil Defense 
Secretary Joan Beery operates the teletype unit. (13-15 May 1968) Likely 
a Collins KWM-2 with 312B-4 console and maybe a 30L-1 amplifier 
(obscured),  along with a  National NC-125 receiver, TU with tuning 
scope on the wall shelf,   and what appears to be a model 19ASR with the 
tape perforator counter on the right side:

Well protected by the Civil Defense fire extinguisher on the floor 
between the chair and typewriter!
