[GreenKeys] 60ma Current Loop Interface Update

Hello,

For any of you that are using my 60ma Current Loop Interface (see https://deramp.com/model15_interface.html), I've recently added the ability to select different WPM rates (60, 67, 75 and 100 WPM) from within the configuration menu instead of requiring a different firmware load in the PIC for each rate.
